Matthew Stapleton review about company Brenner's Roofing

Called Brenner's on a Friday afternoon to schedule an estimate for having my roof replaced. They told me the earliest they could make it out was Tuesday of the following week. I told them that was fine, gave them the address and my cell number. Tuesday comes and goes and I didn't hear or see from anyone. I understand not being able to make it, but at least have the decency to make a phone call to cancel or reschedule. Clearly they don't want to make money or gain another customer. If they can't even make it out to try to earn business I would hate to see what it would be like if you gave them any money in advance to do a job.
