Don't know much of his building quality or reliability but as a subcontractor who has done work for Frank- I can tell you that you will wait to be paid and expect to HEAR EXCUSES as to why he CANNOT PAY you as agreed. He told me to call his banker! and hung up on me- very UNPROFESSIONAL I will not work for him again and I would advise anyone who is asked to work for him to get paid (or at least a substantial down payment) up front. He may be in business for a long time- but he DOESN'T PAY HIS BILLS
