Read your contract, understand that if the roof leaks and they can't fix it with caulk, they will claim it's a building deficiency, that you should have somehow been aware of. They have sales guys they refer to as project manager's and subcontract out the work. You probably won't see your project manager again until he comes to collect payment. You are paying them extra, a lot extra, for finding a roofer that you could find yourself. If you do use them, get a copy of their liability insurance policy, read the contract and arbitration clause.
