SemperWest installed a new cedar shake roof on my home in Potomac. The proposal was thorough (more complete than others), very competitive, and there were no surprises. The crew was professional and efficient. I enjoyed watching as they operated with military precision to complete the roof. They cleaned up totally after each day. The crew that worked on my roof were brothers and cousins, who were always polite and engaging. They had to work around a chimney repair, as the chimney guy showed up late due to weather issues but they accommodated without losing any time and without complaining. The 2 project managers (different on the 2 day effort) were excellent. In short, a job .well done — actually, much better than well done. Thanks, SemperWest, for the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness exhibited throughout.
