This guy stood me up twice. On two separate occasions he told me he would come out to my house but never showed up and didn’t even bother to call. The second time he flaked on me, he wouldn’t even reply to voicemails or text messages. If you can’t even have the courtesy to show up or call your customers back, then how good is your work?
