Harper Roofing Company is one of the best roofing companies in the whole area! had them for roof replacement and the whole process was smooth.The roof was done beautifully and professionally. The old roof was taken away; clean-up was remarkable. We were very happy with all that, and the guys we dealt with, Joseph, Sammy and Bill were amazing.
