Atrocious management and ludicrous employment infrastructure. Hostile work environment depending on the shop where you work. There are never official promotions but there are official demotions and write ups. To get told you did a good job is like milking a turnip. Just not gonna happen no matter how well your work ethic is. Strong "prison mentality" environment. They get a tax cut for hiring prisoners and love having employees be expendable so whenever you ask for a raise (even at the designated intervals for one it's almost impossible to get) don't agree with the managements decisions or have an idea to do something another way you just might get "tossed." This also makes it very emotionaly hard because it feels like you can't show emotion and if you try and talk to the management they'll just either try to explain to you why you shouldn't feel a certain way or why is this upsetting you you should just keep working. Never have I experienced an immense lack of diplomacy in my entire life. In conclusion, not a bad business and there are some good people there but definitely could use some changes going forward.
