Nice folks, but product used did not hold up. Charged us over a $1000.00 to re-caulk some flashing to stop a roof leak. Caulk product used was either defective or sub-par and failed in less than a year. Sent pictures of cracked and failed caulking and wrote letter to report and got no response at all.
