Geoff stayed with me the whole process from being on the phone with my insurance company to do the claim, was here when adjuster inspected home, came by when they were installing roof. It was obvious he cared & had my back. That's what impressed me the most. He explained the whole process to me. And the crews... tear down & roofers, they were fabulous also!
