Chad Dunham review about company American Dream Home Improvement

American Dream Home Improvement (ADHI) just completed a new roof and siding on my house. Chris Crowley come out initially and I have had several discussions with Chris. Throughout the process there were several phone calls from different people in the company checking on status and letting me know when things were going to happen. The crews that did the work were done pretty quickly (less than a day). Of course I have an easy house/roof. The crew doing the siding went above what was needed to make the siding look better. Since I am a home inspector I was watching the process and checking on progress while I was home to make sure things were correctly. I didn't see a problem with anything during or after the repairs. For anyone reading this, be sure to do your due diligence and thoroughly check out whoever does your work. I decided to to use ADHI because they have been in Peoria IL for a few years unlike some other companies that are just storm chasers and not around very long. Having several offices throughout the country is also an indication of doing something right, even if most of the work is done by sub contractors. A good rapport with Chris was another deciding factor.
