I wish that I could give negative five stars for this company. My handicapped father and my mother decided to use this company for their siding and roofing because the owner seemed straightforward, and the price was reasonable. You truly get what you pay for. At the beginning of this experience, my parents were straightforward in letting the owner know that most of the money would be coming from the insurance company, as they did not have it sitting around. Something happened to stall a small percentage of the entire payment, and Mr. Chmar started sending threatening emails, he called my mother's workplace with threatening and nasty comments, and then called and was nasty with my handicapped father. This happened over a few weeks, and it was not a one time thing, it was consistent. He was extremely condescending in his language in an attempt to bully my parents into just paying the rest of the money. If you want a company that will talk down to you, try to bully you into paying money from your personal account that should come from the insurance company, have workers that cannot communicate at all, have clutter and garbage left at your home for you to clean up and never ever come back and get it even though you call to remind them multiple times, this is the company for you! If you enjoy getting harrassing and nasty phone calls on a consistent basis at your place of work, by all means, try this company. If you enjoy having a company that just pulls off new gutters and renders the warranty null and void without asking, this is that company. After all of this hellish ordeal was over, Mr. Chmar emailed my parents asking them to keep him in mind for future jobs. The audacity of that after all that he put them through just speaks volumes about him and his company. Just please please beware if you choose to deal with this company. The couple extra thousand dollars that other companies charge is worth it for their professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness and lack of harrasment. Stay far far far away.
