Elizabeth Bloom review about company Clean and Coat Ltd
On the 1 Feb 2018 I paid a deposit of £2133.to have my roof cleaned. On 9 Feb I cancelled the contract , due to a change of circumstances. I am unable to get my deposit back, as clearly stated in their Contract. They do not answer emails , & fob me off with a different excuse each time I phone. I am now having to take legal proceedings to recover my deposit . BEWARE before using this Company , as they clearly have financial problems & are using customers deposit monies, illegally, to prop up their business. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 14 March 2018 Now pleased to report matter resolved. Phone call from Sales Manager , Daniel, problem due to Director abroad , & bad weather. They have also made changes to Admin team. My star rating is based solely on my experience with Companies poor admin and lack of communications. My friends nearby used this Company to have their bungalow roof cleaned & sealed & they were pleased with the work done.
Was verbally abused by a disgusting little scrote who works for this company who was blocking a car park entrance,if their work is like their attitude...
