Technicians are not properly trained, and have history of being rude to homeowners. None of the people hired have have had background check. Hire and Fire way of conducting business. Carpenters and laborers, don't plan on long term employment. Hardscapers could do well, just keep on your toes. Like I said, hire and fire company.
Service was excellent as always! Chow was great. Hope to get there again soon.
