Chelsea C review about company Henderson Roofing & Construction

Nico is nice & polite. Came and gave me an estimate the day I called so I was happy. After that it kinda went downhill. I needed a pipe boot replaced after my ceiling started leaking. Got a bill in the mail for services & yet my ceiling was still leaking? I spoke with Nico about this and was told to hold off on payment til he could come make sure pipe boot was sealed properly. Weeks went by without hearing anything so I called again. Finally he came while I was home and definitely got on the roof but left without another word. I mailed in my payment and the check was cashed.. Only time will tell if my issue has been solved as my ceiling only leaked when there was snow built up on the roof. 3 stars for polite customer service from Nico and the receptionist.
