Do not hire John Pieri. I hired him to retile a shower and bathroom floor and paint. He did not complete the job, did it incorrectly, and I will need to hire another contractor to redo the job. He asked for final payment before the job was done as he said he needed the money. Although he painted the walls, he refused to paint trim, or the doors, nor the quarter round molding to cover a quarter inch gap between the base moulding and the floor. Other issues too. No permits, no cap improvement form, no insurance.
