Christina Hsieh review about company Rosewood Damp Proofing
They did the damp proofing for a property that I purchased. The damp came back within couple years. Tried to contact them for a long time. When we finally gone through, they said that there is nothing to do with them as the their warranty is not to the property but to a specific person that was written on the certificate, which is the previous owner. I would recommend anyone who has damp issues using a company that does not only do one type of damp proofing so they can recommend based on what caused it.
