Timothy Santoro review about company Crown Roofing LLC (Pompano/West Palm Beach)
This company is dealing with the roofs in our new community and everyone is having issues with their roofs leaking on brand new homes that are less then a year old. They are so over whelmed with them it's takes 2-3 weeks for them to come. They just showed up a week before they where scheduled to which is nice that they came early BUT no one called or emailed to let us know. Luckily someone was home. Than they just left without saying anything or giving us any paperwork. I don't even know if they fixed it. I emailed the lady who scheduled the work asking to have a manager call me and no one called or emailed me back.
We are building a new home in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. Crown was our builder's choice but if we had it to do over again, would definitely choose another...
Good solid company. Good management, friendly and efficient sales representatives, and good quality work from its labor force.
