From the moment I reached out to get a quote, James and the crew Basin Roofing bent over backwards to help me get my roof replacement done. Every aspect of the job was done right- paperwork for the insurance company, scheduling (and showing up on time,) completing the job faster than promised, and leaving my yard better than they found it. I was blown away by their professionalism and efficiency, plus my new roof looks fantastic. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done better. Highly recommended.

They came out the next day and finished our roof in one day. Brad gave us a good quote and told us to not pay them a penny until the job was 100% done...
Very responsive. Cares and was willing to make sure a good job was done. Even conducted out of scope repairs.
Update: they called! Never called to me to check on a potential job. That says enough to me.
