I cant say enough about Universal and the entire process. I actually listen to the owner on the radio driving to work on Saturday mornings and how many times he's given great advice to home owners and how he says do your research before you hire a roofing company. CORI came to my home, went over every detail of how the process works, made me feel even more comfortable in my choice on using Universal. CRYSTAL sent me an email a few days later with dates for delivery of materials and the process and contact info for our project manager DANILO and when the work would begin as CORI said she would. These guys showed up when they were scheduled to but before the scheduled time and completely finished my entire roof in one day! I am absolutely blown away by all their expertise and customer service and I love how my home looks with my new roof, GREAT JOB!!! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to those hard working guys, 12 hours in this heat AND TO UNIVERSAL FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
