They may do good work, but when you live in an apartment on 3rd floor it is very frustrating!! They start at 730 in the morning, nothing like being woken up to loud banging. If you work over nights good luck getting to sleep. If you have infants good luck getting and keeping them to sleep... In an apartment we are not to be loud until a certain time in the morning, as to not bother neighbors; but they can start at 730 and wake everyone up early? How fair, understand they have work to be done but they could wait until like 8 to 10 am when you can be as loud as you want!!
