Christine Schwab review about company Elite Roofing & Construction

At the time Elite was hired to replace our roof we Had suffered hail damage The rep was helpful in getting the replacement covered by our homeowners Insurance. They did the job quickly which was what we needed. A few years later we found buckling of shingles. I contacted the company thinking that the extended warrantee we purchased would cover the issue and was informed that they warrantee their work for 2 years which is listed in fine print on the proposal. We had purchased an additional warrantee on shingles only through GAF which proved unhelpful with this situation as it was not failure of the materials The person I spoke with at Elite (owner?)was not pleasant in trying to remedy the buckling issue. . After paying another roofing company to come remedy the situation, it was discovered there were issues which should have been addressed on install. Elite provided the service they were contracted for but over time not satisfied with the quality of the work.
