Charles Hurt review about company Banner Roofing Company
This guy did what I would call a 'bait and switch'. Started removing roof in rainy November then decided it $4-5k more. I counter-offered but then he implied it would be way more than $5,000 and he got nasty and abandoned the job. Below is what they left behind.
