Paul Benham review about company All Phase Home Services

Two years ago I had All Phase Home Services install an expensive new gutter system for my home. Two months ago I noticed a section of the topper over the gutter had pulled away from the gutter. I called the service department and spoke to Karen Caulberg. She said she would get back to me when someone could come out to look at it. Three or four phone calls later and a few weeks went by and still nothing from All Phase. I kept calling another week. Now my calls were going to voicemail. So I left a final voicemail and said if I did not hear back from them by week’s end I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Still no response. Two weeks have gone by and they have not responded to the BBB complaint.
