Horrible customer service. Treated horribly over the phone. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get a call back regarding a permit they pulled on a new roof, and each time told someone would call me back. They never did. Upon calling today, I tried to explain the situation and the person on the other line said I was yelling at her (I was not, clearly she said that so someone at the company could hear it and an excuse to hang up) and then hung up on me. Tried calling back and asking for a manager and she stated they don't have one, and hung up again. Beware of this company, the office staff treat people very poorly and are dishonest.
