Christine Soares review about company Charlie Shields Roofing Inc

Charlie Shields Roofing Inc. - workmanship not so good, customer service was horrible. I called and spoke with the owner Charlie and he promised to come out and fix issues but never showed up. Shields never implemented the warranty that came with my roof so we lost that warranty. Job was incomplete. Owner did not take responsibility because it was a former employee that worked on our roof, So not fair to us. We paid his company not the worker.
