Cardinal did a decent job putting a new roof on our house two years ago however I am having a very difficult time getting anyone to take my calls or come out to the house for a leaking furnace chimney cap. Been three weeks and dozens of calls and no joy. Chasing this company has added a good deal of stress to my life when no extra stress was really needed. Drip, drip, drip, yep, still leaking and no word from Cardinal. 15 year warranty is not very useful when Cardinal ignores all your calls.
It was great to work with this company. They provided everything my family needed to keep a great roof over our heads.
