Within minutes my call was returned and an appointment was scheduled the next day. When the technician, Noe arrived he immediately got to work cleaning out my gutters. While on my roof he noticed that the pipes on the roof (fairly new) had not been sealed properly (and showed me a pic he took). Without hesitation he went to his truck for sealant and back on the roof to seal the pipes. I offered to pay for the sealing which he refused. This was well beyond the scope I had agreed to. I will certainly use Baker Roof & Repair again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter work!
