AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND A THIEF We used BTB Roofing to repair a leak and to fit some flashing on an extension. Their work was of VERY poor quality- the flashing leaked and the repair work undertaken on the main roof only caused further issues and increased leaks. After much complaining I finally got this company to remove their work (while doing so they caused as much further damage as they could- cracking as many tiles as they could and leaving adhesive everywhere) They have since delayed and delayed issuing my refund- making up pathetic excuses each time as to why they haven't or cant refund me. We are now 2 months later and still no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!
