S. D. review about company Roof X

Aweful company! They were hired through my insurance company to redo part of flat cement tile roof. This company seems to subcontract the job. No representation on site only on day one and last day to tell crew to wrap it up since they were not fast enough. Left property leaving broken tiles glued down and foamed then painted over. Cement mud dripped permanently all over rest of roof, tiles not lined up properly, teared up flashing, broken garden equipment and more. The job had to be entirely redone. Five months later, since the insurance would not pay them, they brought another crew and tried to do it in one day (first smaller crew took 9 days). They almost did it but the crew asked for extra money to come back! Eventually they sent one worker to finish the job. As of now, I have a new water intrusion, bad spray paint on vents since apparently they damaged them during redo, new broken tiles, cement still all over the roof, obvious different color mud, destroyed cheminey flashing. During this last redo, I haven’t seen one supervisor on premise!
