Four Twelve is top notch in terms of responsiveness, quality of work, and customer service. The owners, Shea and Sam are personally involved in every project and willing to go the extra mile to assure the final product is top notch. We had an entire roof replacement, including the need to replace large sections of roof decking and rafters in our rowhouse. These additional issues were uncovered during the work and the team made sure everything was corrected all within their original quote. Four Twelve may not be the least expensive option, but the final product is 100% worth the price. Highly recommend
