Albert has been very helpful all through the process of assisting in engaging my insurance company to fix my roof and actually fixing the roof. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and carried out the task of removing my old roof and replacing the new one within the agreed stipulated one day period. Their work was done professionally and all debris cleaned up without leaving any traces of work been done. I have recommended OC Roofing to my neighbors needing roof work already after my wonderful experience. Albert Zabala was so amazing to work with! When I first called to see about a roof replacement, he came out that same day to inspect the roof. Then he handled all the communication and details with the insurance company. He was so patient and nice, and he explained everything so clearly. I usually stress out about these types of things, but Albert put me at ease. Also, did I mention our brand new roof is beautiful?! The crew showed up right at 7 am, just as they said they would, and were finished with the entire roof replacement by 2pm! They were also super nice and very efficient.
