We had used this company before in the past but I guess ownership changed hands or something. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I think I've ever dealt with. We were told we would get a discount that is even listed on the home page of their website, fast forward to after the install and I have no clue what happened to that discount. The company adamantly tried to get the full insurance check up front like another user reviewed here. After refusing to issue the full check, an up front payment was agreed upon with the sales person. This then led to someone higher up in the company calling my wife with no prior communication or anything in a very threatening manner. This was all over the phone and I do not have a recording of this call so I will exclude further details on that matter. Take that for what it's worth to you. I did not feel comfortable with a lot of the decisions and communications from this company. I feel very manipulated and unhappy about the entire situation. As you usually see posted at public swimming pools: "Swim at your own risk". Good luck.
Had to have my bay window caulked to prevent a continuous leak from the rain. I called and got an immediate appointment. Keegan came out to my house and was punctual, friendly and provided me with the most outstanding customer service. He explained what to expect in the next few days, even helped me get a color sample so I could paint. I was also pleasantly surprised that my services came with a warranty. Definitely recommend Biltmore Roofing to anyone in need of their services. Ask for Keegan he was absolutely amazing.
Biltmore Roofing required a 30% deposit before beginning any work, then proceeded to repeatedly lie about when the work would be done and stopped returning our phone calls. We cancelled the work and were promised a refund check within 5 days. It never came. We filed a BBB complaint and ended up driving to their office to pick our check up. WORST customer experience ever.
Second time we have used them since we moved here two years ago. Different issues, but good service both times. Professional, fast, courteous, and their charges seem (as much as roofing services CAN be) reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
Not very happy with the service I received by this company. I dealt with a salesmen name Keegan and he was all smiles when I initial met him, but as the job went along, extra cost kept incurring without my knowledge. At the end of the job, they kept trying to get me to pay them without finishing the job they promised would be complete. I kept going back and forth with him regarding getting the job finished before i made another payment. Keegan finally agreed to finish the job and came to get my payment with extra cost on it. If you have extra cost the may incur due to human error, then you should inform the customer in advance, that way you are not blindsided. Keegan also told me he didn't think it was fair that he had to blow the leaves off my property when they were finished. I never asked them to get it done and because the workers tried to delivery good customer service, Keegan wanted to use that against the customer as if it was a burden for them, even though I didn't ask for that service. Also, I was a bit uncomfortable not being able to contact the office because Keegan said they wouldn't know what was going on and to only contact him if I have any questions. I've worked in sales for years, and a good salesmen make sure to communicate with the office at all times in case the salesmen is not available. Also, leave a lot of room for theft by the salesmen. Not sure why the office has this type of work practice, but I can guarantee there is plenty of room for theft. However, the work on my roof was completed and I was finally able to pay the company, but not after an excruciating experience.
