Beware homeowners of Total Pro Roofing, LLC _ Stay away from them!!!!! On July 2, 2019, I service person by the name of Dakota came to my property. He "did not" assess the situation for my leak. In fact, he kept saying it's not 110% to stop the leak, and he repeatedly mentioned $150.00 for hot glue to seal nails. Now he was inexperienced and didn't know anything about roofs. First of all, he was supposed to look in my attic because the roof is asphalt, and water can travel lateral. He didn't do that, he appeared unsure the whole time. It was the worst experience ever. Do not use this company because they will send inexperience workers and he kept saying there's no guarantee, which means they "don't stand' behind their work. They owe me a refund!!! Bad service.

I work with Bo and Keith on my roof and some interior water damage. I am positive the process could not have gone smoother with anyone else. Professional, timely, concerned, and skilled. My roof looks amazing and is flawless, as well as functional. Good honest hardworking teams!
