Nalley Roofing is hands down the most professional , customer friendly roofing company I’ve ever seen! Their main goal was to ensure customer satisfaction and worked with me to pick out the perfect shingle for my new roof . Josh Bishop was great!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the variety of shingles to chose from and helped me make the best decesion for my home. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of!! Once the job started in the morning it was finished by the time I got home in the afternoon!! Josh even sent me updates throughout the day updating the progress! Very friendly workers and the clean up was great. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

Needed a small leak repaired and/or an estimate for a new roof. Called Nalley to come out and take a look. Received a call back from Josh who came out the next day. He assessed the condition of the roof and indicated it would last another 3-5 yrs. Told me where the leak was likely coming from and that he would have his repair specialist come out that afternoon. Edwin came by about 4pm, found the cause of the leak, gave me a quote and fixed in same day. Edwin left me his phone # in case there were any further issues. Cant ask for better service than that. Next rainstorm will be the test!
