We've had a business relationship with Craftsmen contractors and working with Stephen is a pleasure! Very nice company with hardworking employees. It's always great to partner with a reliable company which has integrity and a passion for service!

Please don it work with this company. They don't communicate issues. They don't finish the jobs. We contracted simple work for attic repair in July. It is now October and this is still this project is not done. The only thing good about this is the crew that completed the window replacements. They were on time and done in one day. The other contractors they use are just as terrible as they are. if you want a business that doesn't care about professionalism, project completion or time management please call them. They will be more than you can handle. Again, terrible company

Warning. I was cheated by this company, They showed up a month late, did bad and sloppy work, then took their final draw on credit card without my approval. They did not finish the job, or use the materials they agreed to use. No one ever came out to inspect the job.They left trash all over my yard. I called the sales person that sold me, and he had quite working for them.They damaged my gutters, damaged my roof, spilled paint on my driveway and roof, put siding up with back side out, put siding up that is not level, they didn't replace all the damaged siding that they agreed to. They used nails for outdoor siding that was rated for indoor use. I will have to hire another company to repair the damage they done , and cleanup their mess. What a stressful mess, this is the most dishonest company i have ever done business with. Warning again, I would not use this company, or give them a credit card number. They are crooks.

This place does not stand behind their work. After doing a poor job of installing, my window leaks and this company will not come back to fix it. They also don’t return phone calls!
