Promises kept! Roofers generally have a reputation for being unreliable and unprofessional, but KTM is certainly the refreshing exception. Richard was both professional and thorough. He did a complete evaluation of our roof and made some recommendations regarding ventilation and the addition of a chimney cricket. Others just seemed to miss these important issues. Then he followed through by doing everything he promised just exactly as promised. The shingles and the dumpster were delivered on the day before the project was scheduled to begin, and the next day the whole crew showed up early as promised. By the end of the day, the roof was complete and the following day the dumpster was removed and the project manager was reviewing the work and doing a quality check. He discovered one small area that didn't meet his standards and within an hour he had a crew back to make the correction. What professional service! It's a false economy to scrimp on any area that is so important to the structural integrity of your home. And the folks at KTM are really first class and thorough professionals. I guess that explains why they have been in business for over thirty years. Great job KTM! I'll be seeing you in another twenty five years or so.

They do excellent work for a reasonable price. Show up on time and do what they say they are going to do. Everyone from the people on the phone to the roofers are professional and friendly. Definitely our go-to roofers.

I thought I had a nasty roof leak but James said all I had was a rusty nail. He pulled it out and filled in the hole and renailed it. James is a man of integrity. He could have easily said yep, you gotta bad leak and then charged a high price to fix it. But he didn't. This speaks well of both James and the KTM company. I know who I will call again if I do have roof issues.

Chris Tyson my roofing consultant was very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about the condition of my roof and the type of protection the new shingles provided. KTM Roofing provided great customer service. The staff is polite and professional! Mr. Leonard McLoughlin inspected the roof and found another problem area with a quick diagnosis. The company crew returned to take care of the repairs, no mess no fuss. The roof was put to the test after 4 consecutive days of rain. No leaks. Great roof work. Highly recommended!
