Custom Roofing installed a new roof on my home 5 yrs ago and gave me a 12 yr warranty on workmanship. It started leaking and I made several attempts to contact Custom Roofing. Allen responded to my first call and said he would come by and look at it. He never came to look at the roof leak and he never responded to any of my messages. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. He never responded to the Better Business Bureau either.

Shoddy repair job by allen that was unrealised until i had to have same place patched later, and shown the job CRC did from underneath, in my attic. Called the man, he cocked and attitude and said he would be over to investigate....he never came. Would not recommend

Alan ignores your phone calls. I have been calling him for over 6 weeks to repair the leaks in my roof that he installed last year. Highly uprofessional and unethical. DO NOT do business with Custom Roofing.
