My roof was finally completed in November. Upon completion, I ask when they'd be replacing my gutters. I was told that they weren't in the gutter business. My satellite dish was taken as well as my gutters. Then, they sent me a bill saying I owed an additional $800. No explanation why. After a rainstorm in March, the entire ridge cap can't off, and the shingles peeled away. When I sent them an email requesting it be fixed, I was told there was no warranty on my roof, and that I should take the $800 I owed them and pay someone to fix it. I've remodeled many houses over the years, and worked with several companies. I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping to save others from making the same mistake I did by hiring this incompetent company.

Hicks Roofing Inc., based in Kennesaw, offered several plans to choose from and delivered what they promised based on my selection and did it in one day. An old drab roof now 'pops' and the whole house looks better that I even thought it would. Great job. Good people to work with. When it comes to roofs -- they're on top of it!

CUSTOMER BEWARE. Hicks did a re-roof of my home in September of 2018 and evidently never paid their supplier for the materials used as I now have a lien placed on my house because of it. No one will respond to my emails and phone calls as of a few weeks ago nor can anyone at the supply company get a hold of them. Do yourself a favor and find another more reputable company to do business with and save yourself the headache I'm currently dealing with.

Don’t bother. Have called for four days in a row and left multiple messages with multiple people at Hicks. We have a twenty-five year warranty from 2008 and work repair in 2017. No customer response. Very disappointing. Every homeowners nightmare to buy from a local service and have a warranty, then not have the company respond.
