Our roof looks amazing. We’ve received several compliments on it already and it’s only been up a couple of days. Jacob was our consultant and he did a wonderful job guiding us through the process and aiding with picking the perfect shingles for our house. We had 2 other roofing companies come out and give us estimates but we felt most comfortable with the professionalism and thoroughness of the Regal representative, Eric. He thoroughly explained the whole process and kept in touch with us every step of the way. He was here when they started, mid-way through, and after they finished up, to make sure all of our expectations were being met. After being denied previously by my insurance company to have my roof replaced through other roofing companies, Candace, John , and Jacob did a very thorough inspection of my roof and got it approved right away. We were so amazed! All three were very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY at all times. They made sure we were happy with everything. Candace even inspected and marked my roof twice.
