Salesperson explained all, quote detailed standard and additional add-ons. Crew arrived on time and very courteous and professional. Clean up debris. Only downside was old shingles tossed from roof, grazed house siding leaving tell tale tar like smudges UPDATE- They sent crew to clean/remove all smudges. Simply superb!

We had a roof leak, so I called Findlay and Jason came out to walk the roof with my insurance adjuster. Overall, very pleased with the process and our new roof. Findlay is very thorough with the coordination leading up to the day of the job. The crew got to work early, finished the job in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. Good experience Everything went very smoothly except for the interruption of the gutter covers was delayed due to a weather day. That couldn't be helped, of course. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, including the crews who actually did the work. I am very pleased with my new roof and gutter covers.
