I purchased a home to remodel in griffin ga. The home had no gutters and was causing water problems. I had Southern Siding install new gutters and they did a great job, it looks great, and no more water problems. The salesman and office staff were very helpful and responsive to my needs. Thank you very much!! Will definitely use them again

Bought a new construction from Knight Homes in Feb of 2019.. It wasn’t one that was sitting in inventory, we picked the lot in Aug of 18 and the roof had be be on probably around Oct/Nov.. That’s the background story. Well in April of 19 we had a really bad rain and came home to a puddle of water in my garage. Called and they said it will be about 2 weeks before someone can come out to even look at it since they had all their crews busy. I know they were busy because they were working on installing a roof in my community on a house that was just being built (in my opinion if you have a roof that is potentially failing, I would spare a guy on a house that is not yet under contract to to make sure the work was done properly to avoid any further issues but hey I might not be thinking logically). Also when I asked what should I do in the 2 weeks if it rains again and the response “use a bucket.” So anyway guys finally come and at my house for all by 10 mins. They patched the flashing to make sure it doesn’t leak but couldn’t fix the real issue that is the installers did not put a weather membrane up. Sad part is that they didn’t do it in a couple of houses and each with the same results of leaking in the garage. So I had to get the brick guys to come and remove the brick form in front of my house just to put the flashing on correctly. One of the foreman was actually out when the brick guys where working and he was pretty much cluesless. Too busy trying to play buddy buddy with the rep from Knight Homes. Anyway if you are looking them to work on your project I don’t think they pay attention to detail and you will end up losing money in the long run. This review won’t impact them since they have contracts with builders but for the average joe, look somewhere else

whenever it rains I have water pouring in my house, verified by the tech. They couldn't get me in until 2 weeks after, then call on the day of appt and tech was sick and said they can't get me in for another week when it is suppose to rain. Evidently completely understaffed or no one that can fix leaks that were done wrong in the first place by them. Asked to "bump" someone else since I am getting delayed because of no fault of my own and they said these people have been waiting too...she made the mistake of saying how long and I have been waiting for this longer. Terrible practice and praying to GOD I have no other issues because I have no idea when they might be able to come back out again.

Our builder supposedly used Southern to do gutter installs in Roxeywood Park Phase 2 .I called them to install new gutters the builder was missing. Called them for a estimate they wanted me to send them pictures and take measurements for a quote. They finally came up with a price and wanted 100% up front to shedule the work. They were difficult to contact and never set foot on my property or talked to me in person. Yet they want me to trust them? I not sure this is a licensed bondef and insured company.
