Look no further and rest easy; you've found a great roofer in this company. I wish there was a 6 or 7 star option on here because they would sure deserve it! This is the 2nd time I've used them for a new roof and both times they have been awesome! They went above and beyond what was required and did some extra work out of sheer courtesy + I got 1st rate roofs! And if, God forbid, I ever need more roof work I won't hesitate to call them again.

Patrick saved the day. We purchased a home with a leaking metal roof. We hired a company that we had used previously at a different home to make repairs. They only made partial repairs. We could never get them back to complete the job. After six months of being strung along, we began to look for someone to straighten out the mess that had been left. Patrick came to our rescue. Our metal roof was 10 years old at this point. It was a bad installation, had bad flashing and was a poor choice of type of metal roof for our application. This particular roof requires the installation new screws every 10 years. It's not designed to be placed on a building with interior finishes. Of course, we only learned this lesson after buying the home. Patrick spent a week personally replacing every screw on a 5,500 sq.ft. home and a 3-car garage apartment. We estimated that the job had over 2,500 screws. He also fixed the flashing issues around the dormers, and two fireplaces. While he was at it he replaced the aging boots, too. We are sleeping well knowing that this roof isn't leaking anymore and that it was throroughly and painstakingly repaired by a real craftsman. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he carefully explained the issues involved, he gave us a very clear estimate of cost and time, and he came through for us with an excellent work product. I would recommend Patrick without any reservation.

Patrick took care of our roof from start to finish. As a local business owner myself, I have to say his attention to detail is as good as it gets. We went with the duration architectural shingles and gutter guard all the way around. Maintenance free. They installed in one day and was cleaned up and complete later that evening. Patrick just recently finished re-roofing my home and an addition we were doing. The job was handled very professionally, and he was prompt, clean, fast and done within three days. There was some metal fabrication and cricket work around the chimney and where a support beam connected to the roof. Other roofers saw the work as difficult and of course pricey. Patrick said it was not that difficult, offered a fair price, and the work went without a hitch. I already have had him look at a roof on another house and will use him for that work.
