Do not recommend!! He lies and does not follow through! ! My contractor that worked inside repairing the damages from the roof took pictures of the shingles he used! They used silver shingles on my black roof. I contacted mr. Whatley, he assured me he did not know his workers used silver shingles and would take care of it. This has been over a month! Furthermore I paid him and have yet to receive an official bill for the insurance company. I’ve asked him to fax or email me my bill!! This has been going on for weeks! He is as shady as they come! I am now sending him a self addressed stamped envelop! I live 5 hours away and trusted him, don’t be foolish like me.
