Terrible company. Made an appointment for a roof tune up and gutter cleaning for a Saturday. They gave me a 4 hour window. No call. No show. Very unprofessional. We called and left a message with no response. Called Monday and they guy gave us the run around. "We will be in your area this week. We will call when we can come by." Avoid the Birmingham guys!

We've made several appointments to get the roof tune up work completed. Each time they mentioned they will be in the area on Saturday and will be by to get the work done. Each time they have not shown up no called to let me know. All I want is the work done which ive paid for already.

The owner went far beyond what I expected in fixing my leak. he voluntatily fixed some other things i needed at a awesome discounted price. An all around great company.

Very shoddy service by this company. The plumber was called to identify and fix a leak under the sink. They charge $65 to diagnose the problem. On completion we were charged $100. The next day it started leaking again. We shut off the water and dried the interior of the cupboard and called the plumber again. He came and said he could not see a leak therefore he was not going to do anything. He was supposed to turn on the water and try to identify exactly where the leak is coming from, but he was completely rude and insistently said "I don't see no leak". He was becoming agitated and we had to ask him to leave. We will never use this company again.

I found this company on Groupon and had them repair replace several shingles on my roof. They did a decent job. A few months later I realized that I had another leak in my roof and called them again. The owner and his crew came out to make the repairs and gave me a warranty on the work. A few months later I opened up a wall and realized that the issue was not corrected. I called and spoke with owner about coming back to honor the warrantee. After several promises to come out and no showing, we finally connected in an unpleasant phone call. He showed up to look at damage. After reviewing he promised to return. It's been 2 weeks and we have called several times (at least 7-8 times) each time he has answered and promise to return and correct the issue, he never shows, and never calls. I call back within a day or two and he gives me "his word" that he will be here that day and again no shows. This has happened 5-6 times..... Still waiting... This company is good if you are using him with the groupon to replace shingles...other than that my experience with them has been horrible.
