I booked Jaiden C Roofing through Home Advisor and received a call back within 30 minutes. This was very encouraging since two other local roofers would not even respond to inquiries. Mr Sanchez met me the same afternoon and provided a reasonable quote and scheduled the repair for the next Monday. He and his assistant showed up early, did more than was expected, and i ended up paying him a little more for his efforts. I will be needing a full roof replacement in a year or so and i wouldn't think of calling anyone but him. First rate customer service is available, you just have to look for it a little harder these days. Thank you Jaiden!
