Alberto didn’t try to up-sell me. He was very conscious of my budget and my needs. He thoroughly explained all the work that was to be performed, and he knew every detail about the materials he uses. The work was done in a timely manner, and the crew was very clean and tidy. What a wonderful experience we had with this company. At 2am on a Saturday night during a heavy rainfall, water started spraying through my bedroom window. As soon as Sunday morning hit I was scrambling to find a contractor who would come out on a Sunday. I left a voicemail and immediately got a call back from Alberto saying he was out of town but would gladly come by when he got back in town that afternoon as we were expecting more rain that evening. I didn’t even ask for a price because we were just desperate and grateful to have someone come out on such short notice on the Sunday of spring break. Alberto came over and fixed the problem at a great price and he was very professional and courteous. Will definitely be contacting him again with any future needs!

I can’t say enough positive things about Alberto and A+ Exteriors. We had storm damage that was obvious to the naked eye but not so much to the Insurance Company that wasn’t in a hurry to cover our roof claim. Alberto stepped in and met directly with the Adjustor on site, compared the pics and notes he took during his own inspection and within 30 minutes got the Adjustor to reverse his original decision and accept the claim for a new roof. From that point on Alberto fully managed the process with the Insurance Co and within a few weeks we had funding and a new Roof installed. We were traveling the day of the actual installation and Alberto stayed in constant communication with texts and pics of the progress. We were very concerned with debris from the existing roof finding its way into our neighbors courtyard and Alberto and his crew were very diligent in keeping their job site clean and picked up constantly throughout the process which was very reassuring. As a young businessman it’s very obvious Alberto has knowledge and experience in the roofing business but more importantly he understands the importance of trustworthiness, honesty and integrity in business which seems to be lacking in many of the roofing contractors I’ve worked with over the years. It’s refreshing to see this new generation taking the lead in bringing those characteristics back to our communities. I’d highly recommend Alberto for your roofing needs and will be sure to use him again.
