We had our roof replaced 2 weeks ago by Classic roofing and gutters! Our home owners insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't due to weather. Mr. Hicks stayed in contact with me and answered every question I asked. The price was very affordable and the quote that was given was exactly what was owed. His crew came out on time and had it all done in 1 day, with no need to come inside. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and the roof looks so good. I highly recommend! They arrived on time and did great work. They accurately estimated the cost of replacing our roof and had the lowest quote out of all the roofing companies we contacted. If we ever have other roofing problems, we'll definitely contact them first.

My Mother hired Classic Roofing to fix the roof on my Grandmothers home, which I stay with her and help take care of her and the house. There has been rain the last few days and they told my mother they'd call to schedule an appointment once the rain cleared. However, earlier this morning, a man showed up at the house at 10:00am (on a Saturday) saying he was "here to work on the roof". No one called/emailed to schedule this appointment/time. The man was not wearing a shirt with the company name/logo on it, no name tag to identity himself, the vehicle had no company identification on it either. With no prior knowledge of anyone coming out to fix the roof, I did not let him in or allow him to work. I told him to have someone call us and schedule a time before they come back. Very unprofessional. My Grandmother is 85, and I am a young woman, with my 8 month old son here as well, I do not think it would be acceptable to allow someone inside the home with no prior knowledge of them coming to work. Make sure your clients know ahead of time before you send a unmarked employee/vehicle to their home.

Classic Roofing and Gutters installed a new roof and gutters on my home a few months ago. I am pleased to report how easy the process was. Being a first time homeowner, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. Richard Hicks is extremely knowledgable and guided us in the right direction. We really liked dealing directly with the owner of the business. The new roof and gutters look great and Richard's roof and gutter crew is friendly and does outstanding work. Highly recommend!
