3 year old $65k folder. Touch screen bombs out. No parts available for a month??? I have a business to run and need reliability. But wait. A year later we had some issues and the tech was responsive and got us up and running. Redemption is always good!

Once you get assigned a rep you are set. Ive worked with Cameron and he is the man. Also have someone to go to when one of the breaks or shears go down.
