The unfortunate time came to have my roof replaced, due to age. Like many of us, I contacted Allstate Roofing, and 4 other competing roofers, small time companies to large companies. There are so many reasons why I chose Allstate. 1) Chad was very knowledgeable and answered may of my concerning questions, on several occasions, and even revised my estimate when I requested and without hesitation. 2) The quote was with in rage with all other competitors. 3) Chad and his company did not try to up-sell me, or add unneeded charges to my new roof, as many others tried in their quote. In fact, he provided me with current information and I decided, on my own, to add ventilation and to use the upgrade shingles. 4) Veronica was great to work with and kept me up-to-date on our scheduling. 5) Their team work hard and efficiently, not rushing the job, but getting the job done promptly. 6) We did have a little issues that came up, but Chad and Veronica went above and beyond to make it right. Our family is more than happy with our new roof and appreciate how this company worked together as a great team to make this experience not stressful. Thank you all for the great work!
