While working there is like working part time job no full time.Little bit rain no work today,or afther 2-3 hours let's go home,or finish early .My hours depending on willing of foreman to make hours.If they don't want to make hours let them go home .We can stay on roof without them.There is always phone to ask if we need help about something.There is another thing,8 to 12 people sometime on peace of roof doing job quick and finish early and send half people home.Almost never working on weekend to make up missing hours, but there is job to do. It just makes me angry and lazy.And nobody wanna show up new employee and give for play with heat guns or patches. Otherwise people are friendly hard workers ,doing job safely and quality .,also office -shop employee .I wish them the best in future.
